Proto\u017ee tady se z toho ned\u011bl\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u011bda, tady se ned\u011blaj\u00ed drahoty. \u010clov\u011bk d\u00e1 do z\u00e1stavy nemovitost, prok\u00e1\u017ee schopnost spl\u00e1cet, a m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 jist\u00e9.D\u00edky t\u00e9to hypot\u00e9ce tak nikdo z lid\u00ed nemus\u00ed \u017e\u00edt v budov\u011b, je\u017e mu v n\u011bjak\u00e9m ohledu nevyhovuje.
